What do I do in the event of an accident / damage?
Contact Luxury Car Rent immediately and, if necessary, provide first aid and call the emergency services!
Who pays for the damage?
What happens if I drive too many kilometres than agreed in the rental contract?
What happens if I return the vehicle significantly too late (more than 20 minutes) ?
Vehicle is not refuelled (same level as on collection) ?
Vehicle is not clean inside or outside when you return it (same condition as when you picked it up)?
What happens if people smoke in the vehicle?
The vehicle is thoroughly cleaned inside and an odour neutralisation is carried out (costs approx. 800 € depending on the vehicle) which is charged to the customer + a lifetime rental ban with Luxury Car Rent.
What happens if someone drives the hire car who is not the hirer or is registered as an additional driver?
The insurance cover from the rental contract expires and the driver as well as the renter and additional driver are responsible for all damages and costs incurred. This also results in a lifetime rental ban from Luxury Car Rent for all parties involved.

How does it work with long-term rentals, packages and special agreements when renting a vehicle?
Price lists accessories:
- Long-term rental - depending on vehicle, rental period, mileage, number of drivers and service conditions - individual pricing according to requirements
- Dog crate per day - € 10.00
- Bicycle rack per day - € 10.00
- Additional driver - depending on the vehicle 10 % to 15 % of the rental price per day and driver
- International trips - depending on the vehicle 10 % to 15 % of the rental price per day
- Excess kilometres - depending on the vehicle - € 2.00 to € 5.00
- Overtime - 10 % to 15 % of the rental price per hour or part thereof
- Interior cleaning - 300,00 €
- Exterior cleaning - 300,00 €
- Special cleaning for exceptional soiling - billing according to actual expenditure
- Vehicle delivery - depending on time and kilometres
- Vehicle collection - depending on time and kilometres
- Chauffeur - depending on time and kilometres
- Vouchers - always -10 % on the normal booking (except long-term hire)
- Telepass billing according to actual toll charges
- Bank transfer fees 0.95 % of the gross price. The fees stated for ATM and credit card payments are due to the processing costs charged by the payment service providers.
- Credit payment fees 2.5 % of the gross price. The fees stated for debit and credit card payments are due to the processing costs charged by the payment service providers.
- Trailer accessories: net, straps, tension belts, loading ramps
